So Iapos;m back on my way, but itapos;s slow going because I keep snacking and havenapos;t kept 2 clean days in a row (which is what I need to feel the cleanse)since I started again. My sister is doing great and my friend looks really good. Sheapos;s stopping for a while. I just donapos;t feel that same fire I felt. I want to feel it but I am not.

I got some great news yesterday and so a ate the celebratory ice cream my husband brought home and drank the wine. Mmmm. I could have served and not eaten. Heapos;d never noticed.
